- ca. 125 g aardbeien
- 1/2 l magere yoghurt
- 1 dl ongezoet ananassap
Bereidingswijze
Was de aardbeien en verwijder de kroontjes. Doe de aardbeien met hetananassap in een blender en pureer de aardbeien.
Schenk de yoghurt erbij en laat de machine nog even draaien.
Schenk de surprise in glazen.
Garneer eventueel met een rietje en leg een kleine aardbei op de drank.
Per persoon ongeveer 60g fruit en 50ml vruchtensap.

Geschikt voor: Vegetariërs (die wel melkproducten eten),glutenvrij dieet, energiebeperkt dieet, eiwitverrijkt dieet
Dieet variatie tip: Neem bij lactose intolerantielactosevrije- of sojayoghurt.
