Ingrediënten:
- 200 g gemengde sla in stukken
- 2 appels
- 100 g brie in reepjes
- 25 g walnoten
- 2 eetlepels olijfolie
- 1 eetlepel mosterd
- 1 theelepel honing
- 1 theelepel azijn of sherryazijn
- citroensap
- peper
- zout
Bereidingswijze
Klop de mosterd, honing, olie en azijn, peper en zout tot een dressing.
Snij de appels in stukjes en besprenkel ze met citroensap. Snij de brie inreepjes.
Verdeel over 2 borden de sla, appel, brie en walnoten.
Per persoon ongeveer 100 gram groenten en 100 gram fruit.
Allergie informatie: bevat lactose, noten (walnoten) enmosterd
Geschikt voor: vegetariërs, glutenvrij dieet, vezelverrijktdieet, energieverrijkt dieet, eiwitverrijkt dieet
Dieet variatietip: volg je een energiebeperkt dieet? Vervangdan brie door geitenkaas. Doe er geen walnoten bij, maar vervang ze eventueeldoor tahoe of tempé. Ben je allergisch voor walnoten? Vervang ze door anderenoten of tahoe, tempé of geraspte kaas, als je ook voor andere noten allergischbent.
