Ingrediënten:
- 200 g peultjes
- 200 g bospeen
- 15 g boter of margarine of 25 g verse kruidenkaas
- 2 takjes peterselie
- zout
Bereidingswijze
Maak de bospeen schoon en snij ze in plakjes. Snij de puntjes van beidekanten van de peultjes en was ze. Leg de bospeentjes in een magnetronbestendigschaaltje en voeg drie eetlepels water toe. Zet het schaaltje afgedekt in demagnetron en verwarm 1 minuut op ca. 750 watt. Haal het schaaltje uit demagnetron en voeg de peultjes en, indien nodig, nog een of twee eetlepels watertoe. Zet het schaaltje afgedekt nog 2 minuten in de magnetron en verwarm op ca.750 watt. Laat de groenten afgedekt nog enkele minuten nagaren. Giet de groentenaf. Schep de boter, margarine of kaas door de groenten. Strooi de fijngekniptepeterselie erover.
Dit gerecht bevat 200 gram groente per persoon.

Geschikt voor: vegetariërs (die wel melkproducten eten),glutenvrij dieet, vezelverrijkt dieet
Dieet variatietip: Neem voor extra energiebeperking magereroomkaas (light). Vegetariers en mensen met lactose intolerantie kunnenboter/roomkaas door lekkere olie kruiden of noten olie vervangen. Bij lactoseintolerantie kun je eventueel lactose vrije verse roomkaas nemen.
Lekker met gebakken kabeljauw en aardappelschijfjes.
