Ingrediënten:
- 150 g verschillende schoongemaakte vruchten, zoals druiven, kiwi’s, aardbeien, frambozen, appelen en ananas
- enkele schijfjes citroen
- 3 dl witte wijn
- ca. 1 dl koolzuurhoudend mineraalwater of mousserende witte wijn
- eventueel een paar blaadjes munt
Bereidingswijze
Dieet: Vegetarisch dieet, Lactosevrij dieet, Glutenvrij dieet
Snij het fruit zonodig in plakjes of stukjes. Doe het fruit in een schaal enleg er een paar schijfjes citroen op. Schenk de wijn erover. Zet de schaalafgedekt ongeveer 2 uur in de koelkast. Voeg vlak voor het serveren hetkoolzuurhoudend mineraalwater of de mousserende witte wijn toe. Als garneringkun je blaadjes munt in de bowl laten drijven.
Per persoon ongeveer 75 g fruit
In plaats van wijn kun je ook appelsap of druivensap en koolzuurhoudend mineraalwater nemen.
