  • 150 g witte champignons
  • 150 g aardappels
  • 100 g kaas
  • 2 eieren
  • 40 g maizena
  • 2 eetlepels ongeklopte slagroom
  • 5 g margarine
  • zout
  • peper

Bereidingswijze

Dieet: Vegetarisch dieet, Glutenvrij dieet

Maak de champignons schoon en snij ze fijn. Indien ze uit blik of pot komen,laat ze eerst goed uitlekken in een vergiet of zeef voor gebruik. Schil deaardappels en rasp ze. Rasp ook de kaas fijn. Klop de eieren los. Meng in eengrote kom de fijngesneden champignons, de geraspte aardappels, geraspte kaas,losgeklopte eieren, maïzena , room, zout en peper door elkaar. Vet eenwafelijzer in met wat margarine. Bak van het beslag knapperige wafels in circa 4minuten.
