Ingrediënten:

  • 125 g champignons
  • 1 lente-ui
  • 1 theelepel margarine
  • 75 g risottorijst
  • 2 eetlepels witte wijn
  • 1 1/2 dl bouillon
  • 1 1/2 eetlepel room
  • zout
  • peper
  • 50 g parmezaanse kaas

Bereidingswijze

Dieet: Vegetarisch dieet, Kippenei vrij dieet, Glutenvrij dieet

Veeg de champignons schoon met een champignonborsteltje of een stukjekeukenpapier. Indien ze uit blik komen eerst even laten uitlekken in eenvergiet.. Snij ze dan in plakjes. Maak de lente-ui schoon en snij ze inringetjes. Verhit de margarine in een braadpan. Bak de champignons op een matigvuur zo’n 3 minuten. Voeg de rijst toe en bak het zachtjes 2 minuten mee. Voegdan de witte wijn en de bouillon beetje voor beetje toe en laat de rijst in +/-20 minuten gaar worden. Roer er op het laatst de room en lente-ui door. Breng opsmaak met zout en peper. Verdeel de risotto over 2 borden en serveer er dunneplakjes Parmezaanse kaas over.

But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or 2 images. Maybe you could space it out better?
