Ingrediënten:
- 250 g champignons of kastanjechampignons
- 1/2 bosje radijs
- 4 sneetjes casinobrood
- 80 g kruidenroomkaas
- 2 blaadjes kropsla
- 1 theelepel olie
Bereidingswijze
Rooster de boterhammen lichtbruin in een broodrooster. Veeg de champignonsschoon met een champignonborsteltje of keukenpapier. Indien ze uit blik of potkomen. Laat ze dan even uitlekken in een vergiet. Snij de champignons dan inplakjes. Was de radijs, verwijder het groen en snij de radijs in dunne plakjes.
Verhit de olie in een koekenpan. Doe de champignons in de pan. Bak dechampignons al omscheppend op een hoog vuur tot het vrijkomende vocht isverdwenen. Doe de champignons in een kom. Roer de kruidenkaas erdoor. Besmeer 2van de geroosterde boterhammen met een laag van het champignon- kaasmengsel. Leger wat sla en radijsplakjes op. Eindig met de onbesmeerde boterham. Snij met eenscherp broodmes de boterhammen twee keer diagonaal door. Steek de sandwichesvast met de satéprikkers. De sandwiches zijn zowel warm als koud erg lekker.
Dit gerecht bevat ca. 125g groenten per persoon.
Allergie informatie: bevat lactose, gluten, mogelijkselderij (kruidenroomkaas)
Geschikt voor: vegetariërs (die wel melkproducten eten),vezelverrijkt dieet, eiwitverrijkt dieet
Dieet variatietip: Let bij selderij allergie erop dat ergeen selderij in de roomkaas zit. Neem eventueel naturel roomkaas en voeg zelfbijvoorbeeld wat dille of bieslook toe voor de smaak. Bij lactose intolerantiekun je de roomkaas door dikke lactose vrije of soja yoghurt vervangen. Neem bijglutenallergie glutenvrije brood.
