- 1 kleine Chinese kool
- 3 eetlepels geconcentreerde kant-en-klare satésaus
- 1/2 eetlepel ketjap manis
- 1 theelepel limoensap of citroensap
- 1 theelepel sambal oelek
Bereidingswijze
Snij de schoongemaakte kool in smalle reepjes. Doe de kool met aanhangendwater in een magnetronbestendige, ondiepe, vrij ruime schaal. Zet de schaal(afgedekt) in de magnetron, tot de kool bijtgaar is, 4 – 7 minuten, ca. 750Watt. Laat de groente afgedekt even nagaren. Doe de geconcentreerde satésaus ineen maatkan met een inhoud van 1 liter. Voeg iets minder water toe dan op degebruiksaanwijzing staat aangegeven en voeg het limoen- of citroensap toe. Zetde maatkan in de magnetron (onafgedekt), 2 – 3 minuten, ca. 750 Watt. Roertussentijds door. Voeg de ketjap manis en de sambal toe, roer door en zet demaatkan nog even terug tot de saus heet en dik egaal gebonden is. Schenk desatésaus door de Chinese kool.
