Ingrediënten:

  • 150 g frisée (kna vervangen worden door gewone andijvie)
  • 75 g zachte geitenkaas
  • 1 tomaat
  • 1 kleine ui
  • 2 sneetjes bruin brood
  • 2 eetlepels fijngesneden peterselie
  • 3 eetlepels olijfolie
  • 1 1/2 eetlepel citroensap of wijnazijn
  • 1 theelepel vloeibare honing
  • 1 theelepel mosterd
  • zout
  • peper

Bereidingswijze

Warm de grill voor. Was en droog de frisée. Scheur de bladeren in stukken.Verdeel de sla over 2 borden. Was en halveer de tomaat en verwijder dezaadlijsten. Snij hem in partjes. Pel en snipper de ui. Verdeel de ui, tomaat enpeterselie over de sla. Roer in een kommetje citroensap, olie, honing, mosterd,zout en peper door elkaar. Rooster de boterhammen lichtbruin. Snij de geitenkaasin 2 plakken. Leg op elke boterham een plak geitenkaas. Zet de boterhammen evenonder de hete grill tot de kaas bruin begint te kleuren. Sprenkel de dressingover de salade en leg de geroosterde broodjes met geitenkaas erop.

Per persoon ongeveer 100 gram groenten

 

 Allergie informatie: bevat ei, gluten (bruin brood),peterselie, mosterd en lactose

Geschikt voor: vegetariërs, vezelverrijkt dieet,eiwitverrijkt dieet

Dieet variatietip: Mag je geen kippenei eten? Dan kan het eivervangen worden door ca. 40g gebakken en in stukjes gesneden kipfilet. Bijglutenallergie kies voor glutenvrij brood. Mosterd kun je makkelijk achterwegelaten. Peterselie kun je bijvoorbeeld vervangen door dille.
