  • 3 appels
  • 1 eetlepel boter of margarine
  • 1 eetlepel suiker
  • 1/2 dl calvados
  • ca. 1 l roomijs

Bereidingswijze

Dieet: Vegetarisch dieet, Glutenvrij dieet, Eiwitbeperkt dieet, Natriumarmdieet

Warm de oven voor op 100 graden.

Voor appelchips 1 peer wassen en vanaf steeltje in dunne plakjes schaven(minstens 16). Appelplakjes op een met bakpapier beklede bakplaat leggen en ca.90 minuten in oven laten drogen tot ze krokant zijn. Appelchips voorzichtig uitoven nemen en op een bord laten afkoelen. Overige appels schillen, klokhuisverwijderen en in partjes snijden. In koekenpan boter of margarine smelten.Appelpartjes en suiker toevoegen en 2 minuten bakken. Calvados in pan schenkenen appel in nog 2 – 3 minuten gaar laten worden. Appelpartjes op 2 bordenrangschikken. Bolletjes roomijs in midden scheppen. Steek de appelchips erin.

Per persoon ongeveer 100 gram fruit
