Ingrediënten:
- 2 – 3 grote uien
- ca. 2 dl melk
- bloem
- olie of vet om te frituren
Bereidingswijze
Pel de uien en snijd van de boven- en onderkant ca. 1 cm af. Snijd de uienvervolgens in ringen van ca. 3 mm dik. Druk de ringen uit elkaar en leg de mooiegrote ringen ca. 30 minuten in de melk. Verhit het frituurvet of de olie. Strooibloem in een diep bord. Dep een aantal uiringen droog, wentel ze door de bloemen frituur ze goudbruin. Laat ze op keukenpapier uitlekken.
Bevat per persoon : 445/105 kJoules/kcal., 2 g eiwit, 8 g vet, 8 gkoolhydraten.
