  • 400 g uitjes of sjalotten
  • 40 g boter
  • 1 theelepel suiker

Bereidingswijze

Verhit de boter en fruit de gepelde uitjes hierin bijna gaar. Schep ze uit depan, voeg de suiker toe aan het bakvet en laat het licht carameliseren. Doe ertwee eetlepels water bij en schep dan de uitjes voorzichtig door het sausje.

Bevat per persoon : 415/100 kJoules/kcal., 1 g eiwit, 8 g vet, 5 gkoolhydraten
