Ingrediënten:

  • 300 g spruitjes
  • 100 g bacon
  • 1 appel in blokjes
  • schenkhoning

Bereidingswijze

Maak de spruitjes schoon en kook ze in ruim kokend water, afhankelijk van degrootte 7-10 minuten, voor. Spoel ze in een vergiet af met koud water, laat zeheel goed uitlekken en dep ze droog met keukenpapier. Wikkel de spruitjes elk ineen dun plakje bacon en rijg deze aan een sateprikker, afgewisseld met eenblokje appel. Bestrijk de spiesjes dun met honing en grilleer ze in eengrillpan, in een tafelgrill of onder een hete ovengrill tot de honing lichtgekarameliseerd is.

Per persoon ca. 125 g groenten en 50 g fruit.

Dieet variatie tip: Volg je energiebeperkt dieet? Vervangdan bacon door ham.
