  • 500 g courgettes
  • 1/2 dl bouillon
  • 1 eetlepel boter of margarine
  • 2 eetlepels zure room
  • 1/2 theelepel basilicum
  • peper

Bereidingswijze

Dieet: Vegetarisch dieet, Glutenvrij dieet, Kippen ei vrij dieet.

Was de courgettes en snij een plakje van de bovenkant. Snij de courgettes inplakken van ongeveer 1 cm. Smelt de margarine en bak de plakken hierin zachtjes.Doe er wat peper en basilicum bij en voeg de bouillon toe. Laat het geheel 5minuten smoren. Voeg van het vuur af de zure room toe.

Per persoon ongeveer 225 gram groenten

Dieet variatietip: Heb je lactose intolerantie? Gebruik olie in plaats vanboter voor het bakken en een eetlepel azijn in plaats van zure room. Volg je eennatriumbeperkt dieet? Neem dan Natriumarme bouillon. Volg je een energieverrijktdieet? Doe er aan het eind wat geroosterde pijnboompitten en eventueelParmezaanse kaas bij.
