  • 500 g schorseneren
  • 1 theelepel citroensap
  • 1 eetlepel honing
  • 1 dl sinaasappelsap
  • verse dille
  • kervel of peterselie

Bereidingswijze

Dieet: Vegetarisch dieet, Lactose vrij dieet, Glutenvrij dieet.

Boen de schorseneren schoon onder koud stromend water. Schrap ze bijgedeelten af. Leg ze in een pan met water en kook ze beetgaar in ca. 15 – 20minuten. Laat de schorseneren wat afkoelen en stroop de schil er af. Verhit deboter of margarine in een hapjespan en bak de schorseneren goudgeel. Voeg dehoning toe. Roer goed tot de honing karameliseert. Voeg het sinaasappelsap toe,leg het deksel op de pan en smoor de schorseneren gaar in desinaasappelbotersaus. Bind de saus eventueel met allesbinder. Breng op smaak metzout, peper, verse dille, kervel of peterselie.

Per persoon ongeveer 150 gram groenten

Lekker bij lamsvlees of varkensvlees en gekookte aardappelen.
