Ingrediënten:
- 1 kg verse tuinbonen of 450 g diepvries tuinbonen
- 1 ui of rode ui
- 50 g katenspek
- 2 eetlepels olie
- zout
- peper
- 1 eetlepel fijngehakte munt
Bereidingswijze
Dieet: Lactosevrij dieet, Glutenvrij dieet, Kippenei vrij dieet.
Knak de peulen van de tuinbonen open en duw de tuinboontjes eruit. Pel ensnipper de ui en snij het spek in reepjes. Verwarm de olie in een pan en bak deui en de spekreepjes ca. 2 minuten heel zachtjes. Schep de tuinbonen erdoor envoeg 3/4 dl water toe. Smoor de tuinboontjes afgedekt in ca. 10 – 15 minutenzachtjes gaar, verwarm de boontjes dan nog ca. 3 – 5 minuten zonder deksel enlaat het vocht verdampen. Voeg zout en peper naar smaak toe en schep de munterdoor.
Per persoon ongeveer 200 g groenten
