Ingrediënten:
- 600 g amsoi
- 150 g rauwe garnalen
- 1 fijngehakte ui
- 1 teentje knoflook
- stukje verse gemberwortel
Bereidingswijze
Snij de bladeren los van de stengel en verwijder de harde uiteinden van debladstelen. Was de bladeren, droog ze en snij ze heel fijn in repen van 1cmbreedte. Doe de amsoi met de ui, knoflook, gemberwortel en garnalen in destoomkorf of in het stoommandje. Dek af en stoom de groente en garnalen in circa15 minuten gaar. Breng eventueel op smaak met een scheutje Chinese ketjap.
Per persoon ongeveer 200 gram groenten
Allergie informatie: bevat schelpdieren (garnalen)
Geschikt voor: vegetariërs die wel schelpdieren eten,glutenvrij dieet, vezelverrijkt dieet
Dieet variatietip: ben je allergisch voor schelpdieren(garnalen)? Vervang ze dan bijvoorbeeld door ansjovis.
Roerbak de heel goed uitgelekte-amsoi met de ui en knoflook vervolgens nog in 1-2 eetlepels (arachide)olie en roer de garnalen erdoor.
