Ingrediënten:

  • 1 kleine bloemkool
  • 2 lente-uitjes of 1 kleine dunne prei
  • 60 g chorizo worst

Bereidingswijze

Dieet: Lactose vrij dieet, Kippenei vrij dieet, Gluten vrij dieet.

Maak de bloemkool schoon en verdeel in roosjes. Maak de lente-uitjes of deprei schoon en snij ze in schuine stukken van 4-5 cm lengte. Leg de groentendoor elkaar in het stoommandje van een stoompan. Vul het waterniveau totgemiddeld. Stoom de groenten in ongeveer 11 minuten gaar.Snij de chorizo inblokjes en schep de worst door de gare bloemkool.

Per persoon ongeveer 200 gram groenten

Lekker met tomatensaus en pasta
