Ingrediënten:

  • 4 st. Vitapep
  • 100 gr. geitenkaas
  • 15 gr. walnoten, gehakt
  • 3 eetl. honing
  • 3 theel. pesto

Bereidingswijze

Was de Vitapep.

Grill de Vitapep in een grilpan zodat er lichte grillstreepjes ontstaan.

Meng met een vork de geitenkaas, walnoten, honing en pesto door elkaar envoeg een snufje peper toe.

Snijd de Vitapep door midden en vul iedere helft met het geitenkaasmengsel.

Druk de gevulde Vitapep even met de kaaskant in de broodkruim of paneermeel.

Zet de oven op grillstand, doe de Vitapep in een ovenschaal en grill degepaneerde kant bruin.

Garneer, indien gewenst, met wat pesto en walnoot.

In plaats van geitenkaas mozzarella gebruiken. Lekker als hapje maar ook lekker bij vis, vlees, gevogelte of als klein vegetarisch gerechtje geserveerd met gemengde salade. Ook lekker koud geserveerd.
