  • 2 portobello’s
  • 150 g diepvries spinazie a la crème
  • 50 g feta
  • 25 g pijnboompitten
  • 1 ei
  • 75 g geraspte oude kaas

Bereidingswijze

Verwarm de oven voor op 175 graden.

Snij de stelen uit de portobello’s en hak ze fijn. Laat de spinazie ontdooien(in de magnetron). Snijd de feta in stukjes. Meng de gehakte portobellostelen,de feta en de pijnboompitten door de spinazie. Klop het ei in een kom met eenvork los en meng deze ook door de spinazie. Maak op smaak met zout en peper. Vulde portobello’s met het mengsel en verdeel de geraspte kaas erover. Zet deportobello’s in een licht ingevette ovenschaal en gaar ze ongeveer 15 minuten inde oven. Vul eens witte of reuze champignons met het spinaziemengsel en geef zeals borrelhapje.

Per persoon ongeveer 150 gram groenten
