  • 4 grote of 6 kleinere savooienkool bladeren
  • 2 stengels bleekselderij
  • ca. 100 g wortel
  • 1/2 rode paprika
  • 1 eetlepel olijfolie
  • 1 theelepel groentebouillonpoeder
  • geraspte kaas

Bereidingswijze

Was de savooienkoolbladeren en leg ze per twee tegelijk tussen keukenpapierin de magnetron. Reken op 30-60 seconden per blad, afhankelijk van de grootte ende stugheid van het blad.Maak intussen de groenten schoon, snij de bleekselderijin hele smalle boogjes, de paprika in kleine stukjes en rasp de wortel. Verhitde olijfolie in een koekenpan en bak de groenten met het bouillonpoeder 2-3minuten aan. (Dit kan ook in de magnetron, verhit de olie dan slechts 30seconden, afgedekt met keukenpapier, en voeg de groenten toe 2-3 minuten, ca.750 Watt.). Leg de koolbladeren naast elkaar op het werkvlak en verdeel hetgroentemengsel over de bladeren. Vouw van elk blad de zijden naar binnen op eenpakketje te maken. Leg de pakketjes eventueel, bestrooid met geraspte kaas, nogeen minuut terug in de magnetron. Serveer de pakketjes met zilvervliesrijst ofTarly en een tartaartje.

Vegetarische variatie: zonder tartaartje, maar met extra kaas.

Dit gerecht bevat 200 gram groente per persoon.

Geschikt voor: Vegetariërs (die wel melkproducten eten),glutenvrij dieet, vezelverrijkt dieet

Dieet variatie tip: De meeste mensen met lactoseintolerantie kunnen de Nederlandse harde kazen goed verdragen, probeerbijboorbeeld de Goudse. Neem voor energiebeperking 30+ kaas en kook de groentein bouillon in plaats van ze te bakken in olie met bouillon poeder.
