Ingrediënten:

  • 8 tomaten
  • 2 bosuitjes
  • 20 gram rucola
  • 150 gram blauwaderkaas

Bereidingswijze

Snij het kapje van de tomaten en hol ze uit. Snij de bosuitjes in ringetjesen de rucola fijn. Prak de blauwaderkaas met een vork fijn. Meng de bosui enrucola er door heen. Vul de tomaten hiermee en zet de kapjes van de tomaten erop. Zet de tomaten in een ingevette ovenschaal en bak ze ca. 8 minuten in deoven.
