Ingrediënten:

  • 150 g taugé
  • 1 ui
  • 1 teentje knoflook
  • 1 eetlepel olie
  • 400 g gesneden groene kool
  • zout
  • 1 theelepel gemberpoeder
  • ketjap manis

Bereidingswijze

Dieet: Vegetarisch dieet, Lactosevrij dieet, Glutenvrij dieet, Kippenei.

Was de taugé en verwijder eventueel de groene velletjes. Laat de taugé in eenvergiet uitlekken. Pel en snipper de ui. Verhit de olie in een pan en bak de uiglazig. Pers het teentje knoflook erboven uit. Schep de groene kool, 0,5 dlwater, zout en gemberpoeder erdoor. Laat alles ongeveer 10 minuten zachtjesstoven met de deksel op de pan. Voeg de taugé toe en stoof het gerecht nog 3minuten. Breng op smaak met enkele druppels ketjap manis.

Per persoon ongeveer 250 g groenten

Lekker met rijst en een stukje vlees.
