Ingrediënten:
- 6 sjalotten
- 1 rode paprika
- 1 bol knoflook
- 2 takjes rozemarijn of tijm
- 3 eetlepels olijfolie
- grof zeezout
- grof gemalen peper uit de molen
Bereidingswijze
Warm de oven voor op 200°C. Neem 2 stukken aluminiumfolie van 30 centimeterlengte. Haal de tenen los van de knoflook. Halveer de paprika en verwijderpitjes en zaadlijsten. Pel de sjalotten en halveer ze (laat hierbij de aanzetheel). Verdeel de sjalotten op één helft van beide stukken folie. Vul depaprikahelften ieder met een takje van het verse kruid en verdeel er de tenenknoflook over. Zet de gevulde paprika’s op de sjalotten. Schenk overal deolijfolie over en bestrooi met wat grof zeezout en grof gemalen peper naarsmaak. Vouw het folie dubbel over de groenten heen. Rol de open randjes rondomop. Prik bovenop een paar gaatjes in het folie en bak de pakketjes in devoorverwarmde oven in ca. 30 minuten lekker gaar. Doe de pakketjes op 2 bordenen snij ze vanaf 1 hoek open. De knoflook is nu zo zacht geworden, dat je hetals een pasta uit de teentjes kunt knijpen en over de groenten kunt uitsmeren.
Dit gerecht bevat ca. 80g groenten per persoon.
