  • 2 dunne preien
  • 2 tomaten
  • 1 rode paprika
  • 1 stronk broccoli van ongeveer 500 g
  • 125 g champignons in plakjes
  • 2 uien
  • 2 eetlepels olijfolie
  • Italiaanse kruiden

Bereidingswijze

Dieet: Vegetarisch dieet, Lactosevrij dieet, Glutenvrij dieet, Kippenei

Was en snij de preien in ringen. Was en snij de tomaten en paprika inblokjes. Pel en snipper de uien. Borstel of veeg de plakjes champignon schoon.Verhit in een wok of wijde pan de olijfolie. Roerbak alle groenten 5 – 10minuten onder voortdurend omscheppen op hoog vuur. Strooi de Italiaanse kruidenover het groentemengsel.

Bak gehakt of reepjes kip mee. Lekker met aardappels of pasta en een frisse salade.
