  • olijfolie
  • 400gr roodlof
  • 1 tentje knoflook
  • 2 stevige kipfilets
  • 1 kleine ui
  • ¼ liter slagroom
  • 2 theelepels kerriepoeder

Bereidingswijze

Snijd de roodlof in reepjes dwars op de stronk (verwijder het bitteregedeelte) snijd de kipfilet in gelijke stukjes snijd het knoflook teentje en deui fijn. Verhit wat olie in een wok en fruit daarin de fijngesneden ui enknoflook. Voeg de kerriepoeder toe en meng het goed door de olie heen. Verhitniet te lang anders ontwikkelt zich een bittere smaak. Voeg de kipstukjes toe enals die bijna gaar zijn, voeg de roodlof toe. Als roodlof vocht gaat loslaten enbeetgaar is, voeg dan de room toe en roer goed door tot ook dat voldoende warmis. Det gerecht smaakt het best met zilvervlies rijst.
