Kipfilet met mosterd-granaatappelsaus

Ingrediënten:

  • 1 kipfilet
  • 1 granaatappel
  • ½ ui
  • ½ kopje tawny port
  • takje peterselie
  • 1 el grove mosterd

Bereidingswijze

Bak de kipfilet in 20 minuten gaar in een koekenpan met olijfolie, bestrooidmet wat zwarte peper. Snipper de ui en fruit in de olijfolie. Voeg de port enmosterd toe en de helft van de granaatappelpitjes. Voeg naar smaak peper en zouttoe. Laat de helft van de saus een aantal minuten indikken, de andere helft magde laatste 5 minuten bij de kip. Snijd de kipfilet in plakjes en serveer met desaus eroverheen. Garneer met de andere helft van de granaatappelpitjes en depeterselie.

Lekker met peultjes en gebakken aardappel.
