Ingrediënten:

  • 2 sinaasappels
  • 2 venkelknollen
  • 1 kropsla
  • 250 g gerookte kipfilet
  • 2 eetlepels olijfolie
  • 1 stengel bleekselderij
  • 1 ansjovisfilet
  • 100 g groene olijven zonder pit

Bereidingswijze

Schil de sinaasappel, haal de partjes uit de vliesjes en vang het sap op.

Meng het sap met de olie en roer de ansjovis erdoor.

Schep de venkel en bleekselderij door de dressing.

Verdeel de sla over 4 bordjes, leg het venkelmengsel, de kip ensinaasappelschijfjes erop.

Garneer met de olijven en het venkelgroen.
