Ingrediënten:
- 1/2 knolselderij
- 1 dunne prei
- 75 g champignons of kastanjechampignons
- 1 eetlepel olie of 15 g boter
- 1 eetlepel tijmblaadjes
- zout
- peper
- scheutje witte wijn of groentebouillon
- 1/2 dl koksroom of schenkbare crème fraîche
Bereidingswijze
Dieet: Vegetarisch dieet, Glutenvrij dieet, Kippeneivrij dieet.
Snij de knolselderij in plakken en schil deze vervolgens. Verwijder allebruine stukken. Snij de knolselderij in blokjes. Maak de prei schoon en snijdeze in ringen. Borstel of wrijf de champignons schoon en snij ze inplakjes.Verhit een wok of wijde braadpan, voeg de olie of boter toe en roerbakde knolselderij 3 minuten op hoog vuur. Voeg de prei toe, roerbak 2 minuten meeen vervolgens de champignons met de tijm, zout en peper 1 minuut. Schenk dewitte wijn of groentebouillon en de koksroom of crème fraîche erbij, schep goedom en laat de groente beetgaar worden.
Dit gerecht bevat circa 250 gram groente per persoon.
Lekker met pasta of rijst. Serveer er eventueel geraspte kaas bij. Of voor vleesliefhebbers: voeg tegelijk met de room 150 gram gekookte ham in blokjes toe.
