  • 2 theelepels grove mosterd
  • 1 eetlepel bieslook
  • 1 eetlepel crème fraîche
  • 1/2 eetlepel honing
  • 1 theelepel allesbinder
  • versgemalen peper
  • evt. zout

Bereidingswijze

Benodigdheden: magnetron

Schil de komkommer, halveer hem in de lengte en schep het zaad eruit. Snij dehelften in boogjes. Doe de komkommer in een schaal, dek die af en gaar dekomkommer ca. 2 minuten, ca. 750 Watt. Laat de komkommer uit de magnetronafgedekt ca. 3 minuten nagaren. Roer de crème fraîche los met de allesbinder,honing, mosterd en zout en peper. Schep de saus door de komkommer en warm hetgerecht afgedekt nog 1 minuut,ca. 750 Watt. Bestrooi met fijngeknipt bieslook.

Vegetarische variatie: met een gebakken kaasplak en gekookte aardappels.

Dit gerecht bevat circa 150 gram groente per persoon.

Geschikt voor: Vegetariërs (die wel melkproducten eten),glutenvrij dieet

Dieet variatie tip: Volg je een natriumbeperkt dieet? Voegdan geen zout toe en neem eventueel natrium arme mosterd. Laat je mosterd weg?Maak dan een sausje van crème fraîche en ketchup (zonder honing).

Lekker met gegrilde vis en (nieuwe) aardappels.
