  • ca. 500 g koolrabi
  • 1 plak ham van 50 g
  • 1/2 dl melk
  • 1/2 kuipje kruidenroomkaas of kruidensmeerkaas 20+
  • zout

Bereidingswijze

Snij de koolrabi’s in plakken en schil ze. Snij de plakken in reepjes. Kookde groente in water met een snufje zout in 10 – 15 minuten gaar. Snij de ham inzeer kleine blokjes. Verwarm de melk in een steelpannetje en laat de kaas alroerende in de melk smelten. Laat de saus niet meer koken. Roer de ham door desaus. Giet de koolrabi af en doe ze over in een schaal. Schenk tenslotte dekaassaus over de groente.

Per persoon ongeveer 200 g groenten

Dieet variatietip: Neem bij lactose intolerantie lactosevrije melk en lactose vrije roomkaas. Bij selderij allergie kun je in naturelkruidenkaas zelf kruiden toevoegen die je wel kan eten.

Lekker met gekookte aardappelen.
