  • 1 ui
  • 2 peperkorrels
  • 1 laurierblad
  • 100 g linzen
  • 1 kleine aardappel
  • 100 g gesneden soepgroente
  • 1/2 rode paprika
  • 1 kleine appel

Bereidingswijze

Dieet: Vegetarisch dieet, Kippeneivrij dieet, Glutenvrij dieet,Pel en snipperde ui. Breng 4 dl water aan de kook en voeg de ui, zout, de peperkorrels, hetlaurierblad en de linzen toe. Kook dit ongeveer 30 minuten. Schil de aardappelen snij deze in blokjes. Voeg halverwege bovenstaande kooktijd de aardappel toe.Doe de soepgroenten en de paprika bij de soep en kook die nog 15 minuten. Snijde geschilde appel in blokjes en bak ze in de olie. Roer de appelblokjes door desoep.

Per persoon ongeveer 50 gram groenten en 50 gram fruit

Lekker met boerenbrood
