  • 2 mandarijnen of 1 klein blikje mandarijnenpartjes
  • 100 g kipkerriesalade
  • 1 eetlepel rozijnen
  • 1 eetlepel rozijnen
  • 2 mooie bladeren ijsbergsla

Bereidingswijze

Dieet: Eiwitbeperkt dieet

Rooster de amandelen samen met de kokos in een droge koekenpan lichtbruin.Pel de mandarijnen en maak de partjes los. Verwijder eventueel de vliesjes.Schep de mandarijnen en de rozijnen door de kerriesalade. Leg deijsbergslabladeren elk op een bordje. Vul de bladeren met de salade en strooi deamandelen en de kokos erover.

Per persoon ongeveer 50 g fruit
