Ingrediënten:

  • 1/2 krop ijsbergsla
  • 1 rijpe mango
  • 1 eetlepel azijn of wijnazijn
  • 1/2 theelepel mosterd
  • 3 eetlepels olie
  • zout
  • 50 g gepelde garnalen
  • enkele sprietjes bieslook

Bereidingswijze

Dieet: Lactosevrij dieet, Kippeneivrij dieet, Glutenvrij dieet,

Was en droog de sla. Snij de sla in reepjes. Trek de schil van de mango ensnij het vruchtvlees in plakken van de pit. Snij het vervolgens in dunnereepjes. Roer in een kom een sausje van azijn, mosterd, zout, peper en olie.Verdeel de ijsbergsla en de mango over 2 bordjes. Verdeel de garnalen en hetsausje er over. Garneer met fijngeknipte bieslook.

Per persoon ongeveer 50 g groenten en 50 g fruit

Lekker met toast.
