Ingrediënten:

  • 1 eetlepel olie
  • 400 g roerbak groentemix
  • 1 zakje kruidenmix voor roerbakgroenten Mexicaans
  • 1 blik tomatenblokjes in tomatensap
  • 1 blikje kidneybeans
  • 1 klein blikje mais
  • 1 zakje geraspte kaas

Bereidingswijze

Dieet: Vegetarisch dieet, Glutenvrij dieet, Kippeneivrij dieet.

Verhit de olie in een wok of hapjespan en roerbak hierin de roerbakgroentemixenkele minuten op een hoog vuur. Strooi de kruidenmix over de groenten. Voeg detomatenblokjes toe en stoof dit 5 minuten. Laat het blikje kidneybeans en hetblikje maïs uitlekken. Roer de bonen en de maïs door de groenten en verwarm ditnog 5 minuten. Serveer de kaas er apart bij.

Per persoon ongeveer 225 gram groenten

Geef er tortillachips bij.
