  • 3 paprika’s
  • 4 tomaten
  • 1 grote ui
  • 1 teentje knoflook
  • 3 eetlepels olie
  • 500 gram rundergehakt
  • ½-1 bouillonblokje
  • 2 eetlepels chilisaus
  • 2 blikken kidneybonen
  • zout
  • versgemalen peper

Bereidingswijze

Halveer de paprika’s, verwijder de zaadlijsten en snijd de paprika’s inblokjes. Snijd de tomaten in blokjes. Pel de ui en snipper deze fijn. Pers hetteentje knoflook. Verhit de olie in een hapjespan en bak hierin het gehakt rul.Voeg de ui, knoflook en paprika toe en bak deze ca. 3 minuten mee. Verkruimelhet bouillonblokje boven het gehakt en voeg de tomatenblokjes en chilisaus toe.Breng de saus al roerende aan de kook en laat de saus ca. 10 minuten afgedektsudderen. Laat de kidneybonen in een zeef uitlekken en verwarm de bonen ca. 5minuten op zacht vuur in de saus mee. Breng de chili op smaak met zout en peper.Verdeel de chili over 4 borden.
