Ingrediënten:

  • 200 g zwarte kersen of uitgelekte kersen uit blik of pot
  • 1 eetlepel kirsch
  • 10 g gesmolten boter of margarine
  • 1 ei
  • 2 eetlepels basterdsuiker
  • 25 g bloem
  • snufje zout
  • 1 dl room
  • poedersuiker

Bereidingswijze

Dieet: Vegetarisch dieet, Eiwitbeperkt dieet.

Verwarm de oven voor op 200 graden. Was de kersen, ontpit ze (en besprenkelze met kirsch). Klop in een kom de boter met het ei, de basterdsuiker, de bloem,een snufje zout en de room tot een glad beslag. Vet twee lage taartvormpjes(doorsnede ca. 12-15 cm) in en schenk het beslag erin. Verdeel de kersen eroveren bak de clafoutis onder in de oven in ongeveer 20-25 minuten goudbruin engaar. Bestrooi de clafoutis uit de oven met poedersuiker.

Per persoon ongeveer 75 g fruit

Je kunt ook uitgelekte kersen uit pot nemen.
