- 12 minipaprika’s
- 100 gram gepelde garnalen
- 1 eetlepel citroensap
- 2 eetlepels zure room
- 3 eetlepels halvanaise
- 2 eetlepels fijngeknipte dille
- 1 eetlepel fijngeknipte bieslook
Bereidingswijze
Snijdt de kapjes van de paprika’s en verwijder zo nodig zaad en zaadlijsten.Bewaar de kapjes. Zet de garnalen 10 minuten weg in de witte wijn met hetcitroensap. Laat de garnalen vervolgens uitlekken. Maak de saus door deingrediënten goed te mengen. Verdeel de garnalen en de saus over de paprika’s.Garneer met een takje dille en zet de kapjes er weer op.
