Ingrediënten:

  • ca. 300 g oesterzwammen
  • 1/2 liter visbouillon van een blokje
  • 500 g kabeljauwfilet
  • boter of margarine om in te vetten
  • peper
  • zout

Bereidingswijze

Warm de oven voor op 180 graden. Maak de oesterzwammen schoon. Snij de stelenin stukjes. Beboter een ovenvaste schaal en bedek de bodem met de helft van deoesterzwammen. Bestrooi de kabeljauwfilets met zout en peper. Leg dekabeljauwfilet op de oesterzwammen in de ovenschaal. Dek het geheel af met derest van de oesterzwammen. Giet de visbouillon erbij en dek de schaal af metaluminiumfolie. Schuif de schaal in de oven gedurende 20 minuten.

Lekker met aardappelpuree en komkommersalade.
