Ingrediënten:
- 1 doosje oesterzwammen (150 g)
- 1 gerookte kipfilet
- 1 plak ananas
- 1 bolletje gember
- 1 zakje gemengde salade (ca. 200 g)
- 1 flinke eetlepel cashewnoten
- scheutje olijfolie
- peper en zout
- 1 eetlepel honing
Bereidingswijze
Maak de oesterzwammen schoon. Snij de stelen van de oesterzwammen in stukjesen scheur de hoeden in repen. Snij de knipfilet in reepjes. Snij de ananas en degember in stukjes. Verdeel de sla over 2 borden. Verhit een scheutje olijfoliein een wok of koekenpan. Bak de oesterzwammen kort in de olie. Schep af en toevoorzichtig om. Voeg nu de kip, ananas en gember toe. Laat alles evendoorbakken. Voeg de honing toe en naar smaak peper en zout. Schep het mengsel opde sla en strooi de cashewnoten erover.
