Oriëntaalse Vitapep met tonijn en paksoi gevuld

Ingrediënten:

  • 5 st. Vitapep paprika’s
  • 150 gr. paksoi, gesneden
  • ½ tn. knoflook
  • 1 theel. schil van de citroen, fijn gehakt
  • 5 gr. gember, gehakt
  • 3 theel. koriander, gesneden

Bereidingswijze

Snijd de paksoi in kleine stukjes

Roerbak de paksoi snel in een pan.

Voeg de knoflook, gember, citroenschil en vissaus toe en bak dit ondervoortdurend roeren mee voor 1 minuut.

Laat afkoelen en meng vervolgens de geplukte tonijn en koriander erdoor.

Eventueel iets verfrissen met citroensap en op smaak maken met zout en peper.

Snijd het uiteinde van de Vitapep en haal eventuele pitjes er uit.

Vul de Vitapep met de vulling.

De paprika´s kunnen ook warm geserveerd worden, plaats ze dan voor ongeveer 4 minuten in de oven op 180 graden Celsius ingesmeerd met knoflook olie. Vervang de tonijn door garnaaltjes. Vervang de tonijn door kipfilet.
