Ingrediënten:
- 3 paprika’s
- 400 gram macaroni
- 35 mililiter Italiaanse olie
- 4 vleestomaten
- 250 gram geraspte oude kaas
- basilicum
- oregano
- peterselie
Bereidingswijze
Maak de paprika’s schoon, verwijder zaad en zaadlijsten en snijd ze instukjes. Kook de macaroni volgens de gebruiksaanwijzing op de verpakkingbeetgaar. Verhit een hapjespan of wok droog op het vuur. Voeg zodra de pan heetis de olie toe. Roerbak de paprika 2 – 3 minuten. Ontvel eventueel de tomaten,snijd ze in stukjes en voeg ze toe aan de paprika’s. Roerbak tot ze enigszinszacht zijn. Serveer het paprikamengsel over de gekookte pasta en bestrooi dezeroyaal met de geraspte kaas. Knip er eventueel verse basilicum, oregano ofpeterselie overheen.
