Ingrediënten:

  • 1/2 l vanille-ijs
  • 3 passievruchten
  • 1 eetlepel tropische vruchtensiroop
  • geschaafde (witte) chocolade
  • chocoladesaus (ca. 2 sauslepels)

Bereidingswijze

Laat het ijs half ontdooien. Halveer twee passievruchten en schep hetvruchtvlees in een kom. Voeg het ijs en siroop toe en schep alles door elkaar.Laat het ijs opnieuw in ongeveer 2 uur bevriezen. Halveer de derde passievrucht.Schep het ijs in coupes en verdeel het passievruchtvlees over het ijs. Garneermet was geschaafde chocolade en chocolade saus.

Per persoon ongeveer 25 g fruit

Geschikt voor: vegetariërs (die wel melkproducten eten),glutenvrij dieet, natriumbeperkt dieet, energieverrijkt dieet, eiwitverrijktdieet

Dieet variatietip: Bij lactose intolerantie (of als je eenstrenge vegetariër bent) kun je soja ijs proberen. Voor energiebeperking kun jevruchtensorbet, siroop en een lepeltje chocoladesaus voor de smaak nemen.
