  • 100 g peultjes
  • 100 g taugé
  • 2 bosuitjes
  • 2 eetlepels ketjap manis
  • 1 eetlepel citroensap
  • zout
  • peper

Bereidingswijze

Maak de peultjes schoon en kook ze in een pan met een bodempje water ongeveer4 minuten. Doe de peultjes in een vergiet en spoel ze af met koud water. Laat depeultjes daarna uitlekken. Was de taugé en deze groente in een zeef. Overgiet detaugé met kokend water, spoel de groente daarna direct af met koud stromendwater en laat de taugé uitlekken. Was de bosuitjes en snij ze in dunne ringen.Schep in een schaal peultjes, taugé en bosuitjes voorzichtig door elkaar. Roerin een kommetje een dressing van ketjap, citroensap, peper en zout en sprenkeldeze over de salade.

Per persoon ongeveer 100 g groenten

Lekker bij Oosterse gerechten.
