- 4 pitabroodjes
- 1 bakje tuinkers
- ca. 200 g sellerysalade (selderijsalade)
- 4 troscocktailtomaten
- 4 blaadjes lollo rosso
Bereidingswijze
Rooster de pitabroodjes en snij ze door midden. Knip detuinkersvan de voedingsbodem, was de plantjes en laat ze uitlekken. Snij detomatenin plakjes. Snij de pitabroodjes door midden. Leg op 4 helften pitabroodje eenblaadjesla.Verdeel de plakjestomaaterover en schep er een beetje sellerysalade op. Verdeel detuinkersover de salade. Stapel 2 helften met sellerysalade op elkaar en leg een helftvan een pitabroodje er op. Doe dat ook met de andere helften en steek erprikkers in.
Per persoon ongeveer 80 g groenten

Dieet variatietip: Neem bij glutenallergie glutenvrij brood.Volg je een energiebeperkt dieet? Maak dan zelf selderijsalade van bijvoorbeeldselderij,worteltjesen halvanaise. In plaats van pita kun je de salade met de rest op knäckebröddoen. Neem voor vezelverrijking bruine broodjes in plaats van pita.
