Pitabroodjes gevuld met komkommer, tomaat en feta

Ingrediënten:

  • 100 g blokjes feta uit olie
  • 2 pitabroodjes
  • 2 tomaten
  • zout
  • eventueel peper

Bereidingswijze

Dieet: Vegetarisch dieet

Maak de pitabroodjes vochtig en grilleer ze tot ze opzwellen en lichtbruinzien. Halveer de gewassen komkommer, verwijder de zaadjes en snij deze inblokjes. Was de tomaten, verwijder zaad en vocht en snij ze in blokjes. Meng detomaten, komkommer en feta in een kom en breng op smaak met zout en eventueelnog wat peper. Vul de broodjes met de salade. Geef de overgebleven salade erapart bij.
