- 2 portobello’s
- 12 wijngaardslakken
- 100 g knoflookkruidenboter
Bereidingswijze
Warm de oven voor op 180 graden. Verwijder de steel. Leg de portobello’s ineen vuurvaste ovenschaal met de bolle kant naar beneden. Vul ze met dewijngaardslakken en leg er een paar plakjes knoflookkruidenboter op. Plaats zein de oven, gedurende 15 minuten.
