Ingrediënten:

  • 500 g prei
  • 15 g boter of margarine
  • 50 g zachte kruidenkaas of lite-kruidenkaas
  • zout

Bereidingswijze

Dieet: Vegetarisch dieet, Kippeneivrij dieet, Glutenvrij dieet.

Maak de prei schoon en snij de groente in ringen. Verhit de boter ofmargarine in een pan en voeg de prei toe. Schep de groente goed om. Laat de preimet het deksel op de pan in ongeveer 10-15 minuten gaar smoren. Voeg eventueeleen scheutje water toe. Roer de roomkaas door de prei. Breng op smaak met zout.

Met 150 gram zachte kruidenkaas een volwaardige vegetarische maaltijd metpasta of gekookte aardappelen.

Dit gerecht bevat 200 gram groente per persoon.

Lekker met pasta of gekookte aardappelen en gehakt.
