Radijs met lenteui en sojasaus

  • 1 bosje radijs
  • 2 lenteuitjes
  • 1 teentje knoflook
  • 1-2 cm verse gemberwortel
  • 1 eetlepel olie
  • 1 eetlepel sojasaus
  • 1 theelepel honing
  • 1 eetlepel koriander

Bereidingswijze

Dieet: Vegetarisch dieet, Kippeneivrij dieet, Glutenvrij dieet.

Maak de radijs schoon en snij ze in plakjes. Maak de lenteuitjes schoon ensnij ze in diagonale stukjes van 3 – 4 cm. Pel de knoflook en hak deze fijn.Schil het stukje gemberwortel en rasp dit fijn. Verhit een wok of wijdebraadpan. Voeg de olie toe. Roerbak de radijs met de lenteui, gember en knoflook3 minuten. Voeg de sojasaus en honing toe en roerbak nog 1 – 2 minuten. Bestrooivoor het serveren met fijngeknipte koriander.

Vegetarische variatie: met rijst en Oosterse quornstukjes.

Dit gerecht bevat 60 gram groente per persoon.

Lekker met rijst en geroosterde karbonade of varkensfilet.
