Ingrediënten:
- 300-400 g verse ravioli (uit de koeling)
- 4 grote geroosterde en ontvelde rode paprika’s
- 1 teentje knoflook, geperst
- 1 blaadje laurier
- 1 takje tijm
- 1-2 tl balsamico-azijn
- 1-3 el fijngesneden bladpeterselie
- basilicumblaadjes
- 75-100 g parmezaanse kaas, geschaafd
Bereidingswijze
Snijd de paprika’s in repen en bak ze samen met de knoflook, laurier en tijmcirca 5 min in 2 el olijfolie. Voeg 1 dl water toe en stoof het mengsel circa 15min. Pureer de saus en breng op smaak met zout, peper en de azijn. Roer ereventueel nog 1-2 el olijfolie door. Kook de ravioli volgens degebruiksaanwijzing op de verpakking beetgaar. Serveer de saus bij de ravioli.Garneer met peterselie, basilicum en parmezaanse kaas.
